As many of you know, my mother, Dr. Pat Allen, has officially retired from leading groups. Watching her teach, guide, and transform lives for so many years has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
I’m honored To share that I will be continuing her legacy by leading groups and offering private sessions of my own. My mom not only trained me personally, but she instilled in me the same passion for helping people grow, communicate more clearly, and create healthier relationships.
I want to warmly invite each of you to join me as we carry her work forward together. The groups will feel familiar-rooted in my mom’s timeless tools-while also creating space for fresh perspectives, connection, and community.

As an Educator of the WANT® Institute, I work with both singles and couples. I take healthy people and improve their performance. I help clients reach their goals and work with communication skills and conflict resolution strategies. I can help clients look within themselves. I am not a psychotherapist, I am an educator/coach.
